Rick and Erica's Wedding
What a beautiful bride, and such a perfect wedding. We had such a great time at Erica and Rick's wedding. I think I am still dreaming of how delicious that cake was!

Back From Little Eden
LE was a great time once again. Lots of laughs with family, plenty of sunshine, and a few lucky casino winners! The kids loved the beach and taking boat rides. The guys were once again successful with their night fishing escapades. Here are a few pics to sum up the week.

Looking Pretty...
Our deck is finally finished! Thanks to A.D.'s mom and dad for helping complete it!
Now we just need a couple chairs and we'll be all set for a BBQ! Isn't she pretty...

Can't Hardly Wait

In exactly two weeks from today we will be enjoying the Michigan sunshine at our annual summer vacation spot on the lake called Little Eden. Its a Mennonite campground that the same families have grown up attending the same week each summer since they were kids. I haven't missed a year since I was born. It's such a great place for old friends and family, and will always be special to A.D. and I because it is where we got engaged. This will be Mya and Blayn's first experience at a beach. Counting down the days till I can love on these little ones again...

The Deck
So we stumbled across some free composite wood from a friend and the boys decided to build a deck... After three days of hard word A.D. asked "Why did we build this, it looks like we have a stage in the middle of our back yard. I think we just decreased the value of our house!" HaHa. I think once we get some furniture up there it will look a little less awkard! :) But for now...here she is...

Cute as a button...
So my cousin Karla is having a baby shower this coming weekend and we are supposed to decorate onesies for the new baby. I showed my creation to A.D. and told him "Hey I should sell these things and call them cute as a button onesies." He laughed for about 10 minutes without taking a breath, then I smacked him. I thought it was a good idea. :)
